Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for frozen food goes out Monday thru Wednesday with 2 days required for specific sizes. 1 lb. containers are available in most varieties and can be shipped out the same day. Custom orders placed Tuesday thru Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed by 4 pm on Sunday will ship on Tuesday and orders placed by 4 pm on Monday will ship on Wednesday. All others orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise notified. Returns & Replacements
There is a 30-day return policy for defective items or products damaged in shipping. In order to be refunded, you will need to notify Fiesta Pet Deli upon delivery of item if damaged
